Some conversations are long overdue.
Not Designed for the Grind brings together evidence, lived experience and honest dialogue to explore menstrual health, fertility, miscarriage, perimenopause, hormones and the broader cycle ecosystem.
This is a space to rethink how we live and work within our cycles - challenging a culture built around constant output, and asking what becomes possible when we honour biology instead of fighting it.

The Story Behind It
Their connection began during a deeply personal chapter — a doctor–patient relationship during Marlou’s experience of recurrent miscarriage.
Over time, it evolved into friendship, mutual respect and a shared conviction:
Women deserve clearer, more compassionate conversations about their bodies.
After one six-hour coffee (and many conversations since), it became clear — these dialogues needed a wider audience.
This podcast was born.
